Five years ago, while working as a barista at a local coffee shop, I began exploring what I wanted my long-term career to look like. Through daily immersion in the craft of espresso preparation, I developed not only a respect for specialty coffee, but a genuine fascination with the complex equipment that makes consistency and quality possible.


That curiosity led to opportunity.


I was approached by an experienced espresso technician seeking support for his service company. Recognizing the potential to build a meaningful career in a highly specialized trade, I pursued formal certifications and transitioned fully into the technical side of the industry.


Over the next several years, I worked as a field service technician, diagnosing and repairing commercial espresso equipment, rebuilding machines, and forming trusted relationships with café owners and hospitality professionals. Through that hands-on experience, I gained both technical mastery and a clear understanding of what clients truly value: responsiveness, transparency, and reliability.


In 2022, I founded my own espresso equipment service company with a clear mission—to provide Western New York’s coffee community with dependable, high-caliber service rooted in professionalism and long-term partnership.


Since its founding, the company has grown steadily. What began as an independent operation has expanded into a team of highly skilled technicians with expertise across a wide range of premier, commercial-grade espresso and specialty coffee machinery. Together, we support cafés, restaurants, and hospitality businesses by minimizing downtime, protecting equipment investments, and ensuring operational continuity.
